When will my order ship during a seasonal sale?

Due to the volume of orders received, orders could ship within 7-10 business days pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation after 10 business days, please contact support@johnelliott.Com.
