Our returns portal exclusively supports domestic returns, and currently, we cannot process exchanges for international orders. International customers are requested to email support@johnelliott.co for return submissions. Please include your order #, items for return, reasons for return, and preferred return type (refund or store credit).
International returns and exchanges are likely to be subject to customs, duties, and taxes. Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers.
A shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount on international orders.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your return.
