Items purchased during sale periods are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless otherwise noted on the product page.
With the exception of sale and collaboration products, we accept items in new condition with the original tags attached for a refund, store credit, or exchange. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to submit a return request.
Return requests must be submitted through our returns portal. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with detailed instructions to follow. All returns will have a $7 deductible fee for the return label provided (excluding store credit).
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed and the exchange, store credit, and refund will be issued.
At this time, our returns portal only supports domestic returns. If you are an international customer, please email support@johnelliott.Co to submit your return request. Please include your order #, the items you’d like to return, the return reason for each item, and the return type (e.G. Refund, exchange, store credit).
